I recently had the pleasure of meeting this lovely lady for the first time and I can honestly say Charlotte is wonderful.  Very professional but kind and understanding too. She made me feel extremely at ease and the results of my treatment (anti wrinkle injections) are amazing. Charlotte is extremely knowledgeable about her products & gives great advice. She made me feel very calm about my treatments & made sure I was happy throughout my procedures. Charlotte is a genius! She nailed my brief to give me Botox without looking like I’ve obviously had Botox… wrinkles on my forehead and between my brows gone…and I can still move my eyebrows as I could before. I’m a convert!
